Draconic Chariot

Draconic Chariots are the first land vehicles to have ever been built on Pathon. Made from durable materials and synthesized with special components, the Draconic Chariot was built as a direct answer to problems Dragons were having with overland travel. As the Ad-Anasian Highway was being built, the invention of the Draconic Chariot made the construction of one of the world's greatest wonders a much simpler task. No longer did the Dragons have to carry materials between build sites- now, they could carry mass cargo across the Highway.

There are three different classes of Draconic Chariots- the Supply Chariots (used for transport of goods or small passengers, such as Wyrmlings), the Slaver Chariots (1-4 Dragon team pulls a cart used for the transport of Dragons), and the War Chariot, which was used by both sides as a mobile battery and supply vehicle).

Different styles of War Chariots rose from the Draconic Eras, resembling the Wars where they emerged.

Today, Draconic Chariots are still used, reflecting their traditional purpose, as a means of transporting goods and Dragons. It isn't uncommon to see a group tour of the Ad-Anasian Highway led by a Dragon in a Draconic Chariot.

Weapons & Armament

Though the War Chariot was kept supplied with lances and spears, there were few War Chariots that mounted weapons. Instead, when Dragons developed their breath weapons, special rails were mounted to provide grips for the Dragon as it released its breath weapon. A military tactic rose from this known as "Three-Headed Dragon".
