Grow-Vat

A meeting between the cloning and agricultural sectors of galactic society, the Grow-Vat uses similar cloning technology to the Geneforges, but tailor-made to produce non-sapient, non-thinking meat and herb products, removing the moral dilemma of slaughtering animals for food, and providing remote colonies access to a stable food source.  Planets like Dakiupra utilize such technology quite liberally.
