Streamership

Written by Pookas Kreations

A streamership is a type of Skyships that are built by the Sky Dancers. Most of these are the ships that they live on. Streamerships come in a variety of types from a Platform/Carrier to a [Rigid Airship and anything in-between. There is also a smaller version that is used in the yearly team competitions.

They are called "streamerships" because they usually have flags, streamers, pennants, and pavilions connected throughout the rigging and superstructure of the skyship. The flags usually portray the tribes and families that live on board, as well as any famous people or companies on board, and prayer flags. They are also usually brightly colored on every surface available, similar to the way The Travelers decorate their wagons.

Streamerships have varied forms of propulsion and lift. They could have a rigid balloon, fans, sails, or anything else that the shipbuilder thought would work. Many of them started out as one type of ship but was improved and added to over the years. Usually, there is cargo space below decks as well as dents or cabins above deck, the ship usually has various levels. Weapons end other equipment are added wherever they will fit whether it makes sense or not.
