Art & Architecture
Earth Dwarves prefer to live in or around mountains and volcanos. Instead of constructing buildings, they like to carve them out of stone outcrops, boulders, the walls of caves, canyons, and cliffs. They excel at this type of work.
Funerary and Memorial customs
Their dead are usually left in catacomb-like caves deep in the earth. They are usually near hot air vents or active lava tubes to help mummify the bodies.
Both genders tend towards strong chiseled features, this handsomeness is more appealing to earth dwarves than standard beauty is. Tattoos are considered works of art and are usually rendered with red or purple oriculum infused ink.
Genders are equal although they tend to drift to different occupations. They concentrate on their strengths, not their weaknesses. This depends on the individuals' choices.
The highest form of beauty is a perfect gemstone. Prospective suitors search for years to find the one perfect stone to present to their partner of choice.
