The Winter Flute of Frosted Silence is a magical musical instrument, often associated with Leish Lekki. It is said to be able to freeze weven the burning heart of Elemental Plane of Fire. 
The Winter Flute takes the form of a bone-white flute covered in a frost that never melts, with icy runes etched along its length. The Flute can create devestating cold damage, muffle all sounds in the area, and negate spellcasting. If used by creatures other than Leish Lekki, it will drain the warmth of the user, inflicting frostbite and it will attract the presence of winter Fey.
