It is a market-like area where dreamers, both mortal and immortal, converge to trade dream essences, memories, and psychic artifacts. The merchants include Memoryweavers - ghostly beings who spin threads of thought into tangible objects, and wandering mortals who stumbled into the realm and chose to stay.
