The Luminous Chapel
The Luminous Chapel is a church found in the Somnambula village of Sombre, the home realm of the Travesty of Dreams, Drelux. It is a small, glowing structure made entirely of pearlescent coral. Inside, villagers meditate, attempting to reconnect with the waking world. The chapel’s caretaker, Priestess Nyra the Unblinking, is a serene but eerie figure who speaks in riddles. She claims to have “seen the other side” but refuses to explain.
The Church is instrumental in conducting the rituals that allow The Dreamwarden; the protector of Somnambula, to be selected.
