The Rod of Lordly Might is the weapon of office for the ruler of The City of Spires. As there has only been one ruler of the City since its inception, it is considered the signature weapon of Victorius Saccan, The Mad Queen.
The Rod can transform into any weapon depending on the will of its user, and it is said to be the work of a secret tribunal of the greatest Dwarven, Elven and Human blacksmiths working together in harmony.
