Unbroken Vow

Unbroken Vow is a magical halberd created by the Beacon of Death, Surm Tutdrug. It is said to be the first weapon Surm Tutdrug created after The Vida Quda's second exodus, in which she abandoned Surm Tutdrug and their spiritual children, the Dwarves.
The halberd is said to be forged from Surm Tutdrug's feelings of betrayal, and his wish for retribution. It is fuelled by the forged promises of the wielder and deals additional damage to targets who have broken a promise. Breaking a vow while weilding the halberd causes it to turn against its owner.
Legend has it that it is bestowed to the leader of The Halls of Creation as a mark of their vow to the Dead Dwarf.
