Chasme

Chasmes are large Demons, that resemble giant flies. Although native to The Abyss, many Chasmes seen on Apa Axas are agents of Gutrot, who provides the Chasmes with many oppurtunities to writhe in filth and drink copious amounts of blood.
Beheerous, the Travesty of Swarms, is made up of a large proportion of Chasme, and are believed to have originated from the Great Swarm. However, the Sporeplanus native Chasemes are said to be less intelligent, and seem to wilt away if isolated from the swarm, dying after a few days at most.
