Marilith

Mariliths are a subspecies of Demon, native to The Abyss Below. Mariliths are six-armed generals, commanding swathes of lesser Demons.
Due to the complicated nature of their limbs, self-injury from their own weapons is widespread amongst the Mariliths, with severed arms being a particularly common injury. However, as the limbs grow back in a matter of days, most Marilith are unbothered by this fact. In fact, in contests of strength between Mariliths, many combatants choose to aim to 'disarm' their foes as quickly as possible to gain the upper hand.
