The Darkstone Islands
The Darkstone Islands are an island chain of volcanic islands, all of which have dark soil and the blackish stone. The soil is actually very fertile and excellent for farming. The interiors of the islands have valleys of forests and the occasional plateau. The exteriors of the islands are dotted with towns and villages but the interiors are largely unspoiled except for the necessary lumber yards and mines. The forests are always replanted afterwards to ensure the health of the dragon populace.
