Broken up into two different sections, Upper and Lower.
Upper is dominated by the wealthy and the ruling class. Even here they are broken up into neighborhoods that are generally walled, warded, and guarded by private militaries. There are four major neighborhoods, Beneks, Morti, Mul G'ash, and Saphire Tower.
Lower is closer to the docs and is more commonly part of the working class. This is also where the dark underworld lives, there are two major crime syndicates that rule the area currently, Kate and Tillie.
