Faithkeeper

Faithkeeper is a legendary sword and the principal heirloom artifact of House Beldevere. It is said to imbue its wielder with the deepest devotion and grant to them in battle a blessing of unwavering courage.

Enchanted. You gain a +5 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon.
Material bonuses. This weapon is forged from meteorite eternium. You gain an additional +5 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon. The weapon is unharmed by coming into contact with weapons made from Sidhe glass.
Greater Keen. The critical range of this weapon is widened by one (1), e.g. a critical range of 20 becomes 19-20 while a critical range of 19-20 becomes 18-20.
Blessing of Courage. You cannot be Frightened. Additionally, you are immune to any and all effects that are based on fear, terror or panic.
Unyielding Resolve. When rolling Wisdom saves, you roll one additional die and decide which result to use. This works with advantage and disadvantage as if you had used a Luck Point.

Significance

The sword has traditionally belonged to the head of House Beldevere, the Duc or Ducessa of Logres, but currently it is carried by the famous swordfighter Serah Cilia Beldevere of the Kingsguard, who was granted this honor by his late father Duke Tristan Beldevere the White Knight.
As one of the fabled Caraegweni heirloom armaments, Faithkeeper was made several centuries ago during the event known as the Forging, when master artisans from across the Heartlands travelled to the city of Starfall to work on the vast amounts of meteorite eternium discovered there. It is priceless in value, wrought from the rarest of materials and enchanted with mighty magics, capable of breaking conventional weapons in when meeting them in battle and piercing almost any armor with ease.

Construction

The blade of the sword is the length of an arming sword, forged from meteorite eternium, shining with a mirror brightness and reflecting prismatic colors when touched by light. The guard is simple but elegant, curving slightly upward, gilded with burnished gold and detailed with starsilver filigree. The grip is covered in criss-crossing strands of manticore hide. The pommel is large, once again burnished gold decorated with starsilver, and socketed with an oval amethyst of perfect purity.
