Sanctum-Cael

Purpose / Function

The Sanctum-Cael is a large section of floors within the upper levels of the Ecclesia Plyydria where the High Praeticators work and hold meetings. There are numerous other facilities that allow for short-term residence of prestigous guests or foreign diplomants, as well as anscillary offices, data servers, libraries and otherwise that provide logistical and statistical support for the High Praeticators.
Due to the inherent variance of High Praeticator duties, they are not always present within the Sanctum-Cael nor are they required to come to it for work. Nevertheless, its offices and secruity rooms are filled and operated 24/7, mostly by Procurators - which comprise the backbone of secretarial duties and data gathering - or by High Asfálen - which provide the secruity for the people and it's location. There are other employees that work within the Sanctum-Cael, such as Ergátis who provide maintence, repairs, or monotonous labour, or Asfálen who are shadowing and training under their High Asfálen supervisors.
The main purpose of the Sanctum-Cael is to hold the Council of the High Praeticators, which is a 12 day event, held every 88 days. The specifics of what is discussed within the meetings is highly confidential, but has been known to cover almost any issue or potential.
