High Praeticator

High Praeticators are people within the Ecclesia Plyydric that have attained the pinnacle of power, respect, and authority, save of course for the Nuncio themself.

Qualifications

The qualifactions for a High Praeticator are not rigid, and theoretically, anyone can be appointed a High Praeticator. However, most High Praeticators are immensly devoted, extremely knowledgable, and overwhelmingly wise individuals that were originally Praeticators, IerapóstolosProcurators, or High Asfálen. As such, while the vast majority of High Praeticators have very clear reasons for their appointment, there are instances where a seemingly unqualified individual has been chosen to receive the title.

Appointment

The appointment of High Praeticators resides almost entirely within the hands of the Nuncio. They are given free reign over the appointment of 21 of the maximum of 22 High Praeticators. Where the Provectan Monarch has been granted the ability to appoint the remaining 1 High Praeticator - following approval by the Nuncio.

Duties

The High Praeticator holds what many onlookers may perceive as a cerimonial role, who act as more visible figure heads when the Nuncio is not present. While they do fill the gaps that arise due to other duties that the Nuncio is beholden to, they also have become an indisposable council to discuss all things pertaining to the Ecclesia Plyydric. They are able to speak freely and without retribution (to a reasonable degree), and have allowed the Ecclesia - and the Nuncio by extension - to massively broaden their perspectives, knowledge, and power.    All 22 High Praeticators will convene within the Sanctum-Cael   Individualy, each High Praeticator performs vastly different duties on a day-to-day basis.
