Nuncio

The sovereign theocratic and spiritual leader of the Ecclesia Plyydric,a Seer, and the Twin Gods Plyy chosen. Nuncios are afforded a massive amount of political and militiaristic power, being equal to that of the incumbant Provectan Monarch, while also having a seat and additional voting power on the Board of Directors for Governmental Affairs. While Nuncios have the right and ability to work within the entirity of Provecta, they generally serve as the de-facto ruler and overseer of Neo Caladrius, which the Provectan Monarchy has historically had very little power over.
