Eliminated usage of harsh polluters unless approved by the Ecclesia, as a rise in greenhouse gasses on Krýonisí led to a massive drop in efficiency for the Manacule Cryoengines. While it stagnated technological development and was extremely disliked at the time, the restrictions are still in place, and extend to more polluters and to all of Provecta
