Council of the High Praeticators

The Council of the High Praeticators is a congregation of the 22 High Praeticators that meet for on week every other month. During these meetings, the High Praeticators discuss theocratic ideas, any new information or issues, and how the Ecclesia Plyydric, the Provectan Monarchy, and Provecta as a whole are being discussed.

The head of the Council of the High Praeticators is the incumbent Nuncio, which is currently Lucius Lurio-Nemetorius, and oversees and directs the Conuncil on what to discuss.

While in theory all 22 High Praeticators hold the same weight within the Council, certain members hold much more sway:

• Alexandra Petrou has been on the Council since its creation in 314 and acts as the "checks and balances" for the Council, ensuring that anything pushed through is proven and thoroughly discussed.
  
  
• Evlampia Tes has also been on the council since its creation in 314 and seeks to preserve and ensure the rights and needs of the Provectan Monarchy are maintained within the Council. She also serves to ensure the rights and needs of the Ecclesia Plyydric are maintained by the Provectan Monarch.
  
  
• Rhoslyn Humphreys, while having only been on the Council for 10 years, is Lucius Lurio-Nemetorius' right-hand woman, and will act in his stead accordingly if he is unable to attend a meeting or otherwise.

The remaining Council members hold an equal amount to eachother within the Council; however, certain High Praeticators hold additional duties:

• Aglaia Georgidework alongside Shudomaedi Shorozan and Siiri Reijonen, as Custos for the Krýonisí Custodis. As Custos, they ensure the province is maintained and preserved for the Shougwae people, as well as the Pagoméno Phizog.
  
  
• Kil Eun-Soo acts as a counsul and advisor to the Epítropi gia Agrum, to ensure that the Ecclesia Plyydric and the Epítropi gia Agrum are respecting the other's rights and needs.
  
  
• The following are the remaining 16 High Praeticators: Avery Heynar, Dimitrious Stamiades, Elektra Mustiadi, Florentia Banide, Greg Hope, Iakovari Vlayydis, Louka Economi, Makayla Stewart, Manos Stavrellis, Rivers Cardinal, Sonia Norris, Tassis Kontakis, Vassilki Fyodorovich, Xing Qiu, Yorgos Pepas, and Zinovia Rematou.

Structure

The Nuncio has the final say if something is or is not discussed, but any High Praeticator is allowed to freely speak without retribution (to a reasonable degree) and guide the discussion as they see fit. It is generally preferred that all High Praeticators are physically present within Sanctum-Cael, an individual can be granted permission (assuming that they have a credible reason) to join through a surrogate or by some other form of technological device. The Nuncio is given more free reign in this regard, and is not always required to attend, even without notice or reason, but is still required to have a High Praeticator act as their proxy. Each Nuncio will generally have the same High Praeticator be their proxy for as long as they both remain in their respective position.
