Liechra Boumilaz

Liechra is a Astorian Philosopher and Scholar who has traveled to the Hilaelean homeland to learn more about their traditions and origins. He is a fluent speaker of Astorian, Adairian, and Hilaelean, and spent most of his life as a translator for powerful leaders of the kingdoms in Mahka Nata.Liecha grew up as an Urchin in the city streets of Las Islos, and began to study language. He spoke with traders, merchants, guards, and even brothel workers to expand his knowledge of language. His first paid job was working as a translator for a Hilaelean Candle maker who frequented the city. The older candlemaker was impressed with the young boys knowledge, and began to teach him Hilaelean words beyond what Liechra had picked up in the Bazaar. Soon enough, Liechra was fluent in both tongues, and began to learn Adair. In order for this to happen, Liechra took a boat to the southern Kingdom of Kaliq-Hala, where he learned more of the Hilaelean language and became imersed in Adairian culture. He has a wife and three kids who live in Kaliq-Hala. Liecha loves the arts, literature, poetry, and especially cooking. He spends much of his free time scavenging new herbs, plants, and more to test out in the kitchen.
