Kinetomancy

This is magic involving dancing/singing/movement in some way, and it involves natural components within the world such as plant matter, metals, etc

Fight Spells

Kinetomancy is most known for its usefulness in combat with its variety of fight spells. Some of those spells are listed below.
Harmonic echo: Echoing and haunting harmonies are used to stun and confuse an opponent.
Wind twirl: Fast twirling motions are used to generate wind that can stop an opponent in their tracks and even begin to push them back. With the use of arm movements in the twirls the wind can be controlled and concentrated better and with practice can be used to cause cutting damage.
Rocky stomp: Through movements and dance involving stomps and claps the user can cause the ground around them and their opponent to shake, crack apart, and move.
Healing waltz: The user and the injured perform an enchanting waltz together that heals the injured until they are at almost full health again/until their wounds have greatly diminished. If the injured is unable to participate in the dance a modified version can be done by or around them but the healing power is greatly reduced.
Soundwave blast: The use of intense and loud sounds or music creates a blast of energy that matches the intensity of the sounds/music. This blast both pushes the opponent back and causes damage as if an explosive went off.
Firey quickstep: The combination of speed and hops and kicks first starts sparks and as the dance continues creates bursts of flame that can grow in intensity depending on the speed of the users. These bursts of flame can be directed towards an opponent using the hops and skips of the dance, each hop creates a fire area, and each skip creates a concentrated burst that will travel along the direction the user was facing.

Spells for events and festivals

When festivals or big events take place one of the ways the Astorians come together is by performing elaborate dances with magic worked in As the dance progresses bursts and flows of color and light join alongside the movements. The music accompanying the dances is upbeat, loud, powerful, and exciting. It keeps the energy going from dusk until dawn. The spells for these events are made entirely from the movement and flow of the dancers, the material of the props used, the singing, and the music from the instruments used. Not all these need to be involved to use a kinetomancy spell it will differ depending on the desired effect or what spell the user wants to use.
For fireworks: The most effective movements and dance involve sharp movements, claps, and stomps. However, it is possible to get the firework effect with more delicate movements, the key is to have the intent in mind and still do the movement with force, but the effect will be smaller. The sounds and music that will help to create the best fireworks are string instruments, some wind instruments, and classical music.
For flows of light and color: The most effective movements are the more delicate and fluid movements. Using twirls and spins can create flows of light and colors off the user akin to a flowing dress when spinning. The sounds and music that will help to create the best flows of light and color are drums, some wind instruments, and loud rock like music.
For illusions: Many of the spells used for the event magic were repurposed or inspired by the fight magic that is also done with kinetomancy. They determined which types of dances, music, and/or props would be most effective in getting the desired effect based off the fight spells and what movements, props, and potential sounds or music were used. Illusions are pretty compatible with any types of movements, music, and sounds it is more follows of the intent and mental image of the user.
