Mind Flayer

Mind Flayers are one type of the Ones Below. Most Mind Flayers are natural psionicists, a talent they often make use of to influence or control other creatures. Among the Ones Below, they are the most similar to the humanoids of Ailar, both in physiology and in motivation. However, this similarity does not seem to have generated empathy on the part of the Mind Flayers, who generally see other sentient species as targets for domination, sources of food, and vessels for creating more of their kind. Their overarching goal is the subjugation of as many worlds as possible, Ailar included.
