Ailar is a world-plane in the River of Souls cosmology. It standard physical mutability, slightly increased magic mutability (including areas of wild magic) and significantly increase psionic mutability.
Ailar was almost destroyed in The Devastation about 500 years ago, and event that left its inhabitants scattered and its geography vastly altered. The current known inhabited regions of Ailar include:
