This is one chonky article, so have some chonky feedback too. This article honestly feels a bit unfinished, and could also use a proof read. It's very understandable during Summercamp. Lets get to it.   Opening quotes are a good way to open an article and you use them well in the other articles you sent me. Here, I like the part about the Galifrems looking sickly, that gave me a sense for what Cerreg was. The part about the flats confused me.   I feel like this article isn't putting its best foot forward. In my opinion, the descriptions of the various districts in the best bit, but they're all hidden away in spoilers! If I wrote this article, I'd also go back to the introduction and talk about some of the most interesting features of Cerreg to hook people in and make them want to read all about it.   The part about the Government is especially unstructured. I would recommend to think a bit about information priority as you write. What is the most important thing for your reader to know? What do you need to explain for them to understand the concepts you're introducing?   I like that you added a list of rules for the assembly members, but maybe it could be in a column to the side? That would make for a nicer layout.
