"Head of Heads"
The "Head of Heads" was a Beholder who was first encountered in Vicra Lammergeyer's Lair, where he acted as the leader of a bureaucracy that ran the doctor's offices while he was away.
He was freed by Dwardazik Stoneturner Boulderhearth and then went to terrorize the nearby town of Overlook and the surrounding area. He attacked a caravan of weirdos, but retreated at the sight of E.D., one of Vicra's masterpieces.
Shortly after his retreat, he ran into Eyesore, who convinced him that E.D. was a "fake Masterpiece", not something to truly fear. He returned to the caravan to continue what he had started, but the adventuring party who had freed him were there. Owing them no loyalty, he attacked, but he was overpowered and ultimately defeated by Marvin Undersky before Eyesore could rescue him.
