The port town of Krong, located in Halcyon. It was founded by Krong Flostrum, a son of the royal family when Halcyon first expanded its reach across Ellonia.

Mostly humans, but many different races still live and operate here.
Government
The capital makes the laws and taxation. Management of the town's resources, distribution and trade is handled by the Reeve while the town's profits go to Cornelius Krong in the capital.
