Author's Notes

This article was a bit off. Hopefully I managed to properly convey just how engrained the Seven Cores is within Resonance without making it seem useless or, in any other way, odd. I would greatly appreciate any comments, positive or negative, on how well the magic system is constructed. Thanks.

This was a very cool and unique read. I love magic systems and this one appears to be shaping up as a very interesting, technical and diverse system.

So right out of the gate, i didnt know you could make new cores. Is that possible? that's kind of cool. I found a little error here.   "Resonance the Resonator posesses is slowly burns away; to regain their Resonance, they have to let time flow normally for the same amount of time to fully restore their power."   I think we have a splice here with is slowly burns away. Id suggest remioving is or changing burns to burned. also the second part regarding restoring power read a little odd. you end and begin by saying the same thing i think. No biggie.     I really like the system youve made. I said this before, but this is just awesome. I like how you divided the cores their own set of Powers and areas of influence. It feels overpowered, but balances with the other overpowered cores. I like that. Well done. Personally, i favor element. It just has alot of variety and application. Gravity would only be so useful in my mind, but i like to ponder more practical applications of a system. Ti is pretty cool though and like the timeception element of having to enforce normal time for the same ammount of time. Idk i think thats cool.

Technically, yes. But, since I can't think of anything, that line more suggests that there are grey areas in Resonance where a Vibril might be able to do things none of the Cores allow for. It's a strange system, in that regard.   I have no idea how I missed that. Thanks for pointing it out because the grammar there is beyond questionable.   I'm glad you like it. It is definitely overpowered, as that is what winds up happening to pretty much any magic system I make, but at least I managed to find a way to balance it out. I don't think I mention it in this article, but Gravity actually has a few major practical applications. Namely, in this world technology called Vitlifts was recently invented and it relies on using Gravity for air travel. Glad you like it!

Oooo lovely work on the icons. It's so cool to actually see the tattoos these powerful people have and the extra info is always nice!

Wow. I honestly have so much to say and nothing at all. Needless to say, this was a beautifully formatted and written article, definitely a staple of your work. It's a super unique and neat idea and I love the premise. I look forward to seeing how this develops!
