Biology

All races start at 8 hit points and 25 movement speed. They can freely select whether they are small or medium. Additionally, they can select one Blessing.

  Skyfather’s Blessing: +5 speed, -2 hit points.
Earth Mother’s Blessing: +2 hit points, -5 speed

Culture

You pick two traits which your culture Venerates and one which it Neglects. You gain 1 boost or flaw from each as well as 1 free boost. You can not select the same boost twice at the Culture step.
  Military: + Strength or Constitution
Spirituality: + Wisdom or Charisma
Scholarship: + Wisdom or Intelligence
Diplomacy: +Intelligence or Charisma
Adaptability: + Dexterity or Constitution
Nature: +Strength or Dexterity

Forest Realms of Enlans: Venerates Nature and Scholarship. Neglects Diplomacy. Boost to either Strength or Dex and either Wisdom or Intelligence. A flaw in either Intelligence or Charisma.
Kingdom of Skalden: Venerates Military and Nature. Neglects Adaptability. Boost to either Strength or Constitution and to either Strength or Dexterity. A flaw in either Dexterity or Constitution.
Kingdom of Bryte: Venerates Adaptability and Nature. Neglects Scholarship. A boost to either Dexterity and Constitution and to either Strength or Dexterity. A flaw in either Wisdom or Intelligence.
Fenholdt Fiefdoms: Venerates Nature and Spirituality. Neglects Military. A boost to either Strength or Dexterity and to either Wisdom or Charisma. A flaw to either Strength or Constitution.
Staehl Barony: Venerates Military and Scholarship. Neglects Spirituality. A boost to either Strength or Constitution and to either Wisdom or Intelligence. A flaw in either Wisdom or Charisma.
Celadorn Principality: Venerates Diplomacy and Scholarship. Neglects Spirituality. A boost to either Intelligence or Charisma and to either Wisdom or Intelligence. A flaw in either Wisdom or Charisma.
Kingdom of Leoren: Venerates Adaptability and Military. Neglects Diplomacy. A boost to either Dexterity or Constitution and to either Strength or Constitution. A flaw in Intelligence or Charisma.
New Taldor: Venerates Military and Diplomacy. Neglects Scholarship. A boost to either Strength or Constitution and to either Intelligence or Charisma. A flaw in either Wisdom or Intelligence. Wuxing Prefecture: Venerates Military and Scholarship. Neglects Adaptability. A boost to either Strength or Constitution and to either Wisdom or Intelligence. A flaw in either Dexterity or Constitution.

Culture Feats

Whenever you would gain a Racial Feat, you instead gain a Culture Feat. To take a Culture Feat, you must have a culture which Venerates its trait.
