Pardalus
Núrakic:
Marissian: Pardal
Pardalus was a núrakic elven prophet hailing from the city of Arþólen in southern Núrak, who lived during the seventh century a.Paþ. Inspired by the teachings of Ettes of Larúnas, he founded a new faith called Pardalism, characterized by dualism of light and darkness and strict ascetic lifestyle.
Initially, the new religion gained some following in Arþólen and surrounding region, which piqued the interest of queen Taþra, who invited Pardalus to her palace to learn more about his teachings, and in return, Pardalus performed a ritual meant to bring the queen prosperity and long life. Not long after, Núrak was struck with a plague which killed many, including Taþra.
Her husband Súrlus had Pardalus arrested and thrown down Darave Falls, near Arþólen, while his followers fled to the Sikíron Empire and Kingdom of Marissía, where they've been tolerated at best.
