Jaska
Jaska is a town in southern Lerdis, near the territory of the Amrans, beyond which lies the Kingdom of Faron. The name is derived from fjazak or city in the language of the Katargysians who once lived there.
One of their successors, the Fazeronians in northern Faron, have made numerous attempts to reclaim the city, but a combination of strong walls and skilled archers have deterred their raiders for centuries.
Jaska became a local hub for archaeologist, adventures and collectors looking for katargysían artifacts, ever since a large part of the underground section collapsed almost two decades ago, creating a chasm just outside the town.
