Athyen Eddyns

Athyen Eddyns is an Acolyte of Valkur serving under the tutelage and guidance of the Priest of Valkur Vyncis Marte within the Temple in Hirane. Athyen arrived in Hirane approximately at the beginning of 2272 with a letter of recommendation from Azud Rhunan, head Priest of the Deep Pearl Shrine in the Capital City of Sestatrea. He's a younger human, somewhere in his mid-twenties with a long face, shaved head and gray eyes. He wears a hooded gray robe with a sling carrying flasks of various liquids equipped crossbody. Athyen skulks about the temple, always seeming to observe situations from the shadows, but rarely engaging in conversation. He has a nervous personality -- and most townsfolk will admit he gives them the creeps. He offers no services and is merely training to become a priest from Vyncis Marte. His various duties include tending to the temple and assisting in various religious ceremonies.

Abios Campaign Update

Athyen Eddyns committed suicide within his cell located in the Temple of Valkur when Celindriel, Kasek, Feadog, and Ceona broke into his quarters and attempted to capture and question him. Using a dagger coated with Purple Worm Poison, he slit his own wrist upon seeing the party entering his room. The poison consumed his body from the inside out, and he died instantly. Athyen Eddyns died on the 8th of Vlaihr, 2272 at approximately 8:30 PM.
