therians or witches and in regular orphanages or foster care they would likely not fare well. They need special training and learn more about themselves in order to keep their abilites under control.
Paragon Trust Inc. provides the bulk of the financial resources to fund the many programs. Other sources of income include government and institutional grants and program finances. No donations are accepted from any other organizations.
