Guildmaster of the Hunter's Guild

Pierre Stanton was chosen by the Huntress herself. There is no doubt in my mind about this. She may walk the halls of our headquarters today, but I still believe.

Pierre Stanton is a career hunter through and through. For as long as he could remember he always wanted to be a part of the hunters and lead them into a better tomorrow. The fall of the Veil has given him many new challenges to face. This has made him simply more determined to succeed.

Motivation

The guild's mission is more important than ever. Many people are afraid of what lurks in the shadows. And now they know that many of these monsters were real all along. Hopefully we can make them feel save again.

Pierre Stanton is a true believer. He stands fully behind the mission the Hunter's Guild stands for. He fights everyday to ensure that the Hunter's on the frontline can fullfill this mission. At the same time he acknownledges the darker past of the guild.

Personality

He is a straight shooter. Doesn't give a crap about decorum. Just tells you how it is and tries to find a solution to any problem he faces. That's what I like about him.

Pierre Stanton is highly driven and ambitious. At the same time is very honest and focussed on solving problems. He hates people who cannot get to the point. This attitude is what makes him very popular among the rank & file hunters who are on the frontlines. He can be very charismatic and persuasive and knows it.

Career

Although he started life with a headstart compared to most others he still put in all the hard work necessary to make it all the way to the top. There are only very few who can match the speed in which he rose through the ranks of the Hunter's Guild. Even his parents were impressed.
Like any other hunter, he started as an acolyte and graduated top of the class of his year. He then only spent two years as an initiate hunter. Just four years later he was already leading his first team on missions. The success of these missions and a little bit of luck landed him a position has a branch leader in Paris.

Stanton was always going to be named Guildmaster. His family had it planned out since he was born. Every part of his life was structured accordingly. And you know. Turns out he is actually really good at it.

There he built up his momentum to dethrone the previews head hunter Edward Dawson. Although he was very unpopular at the base for many of his policy decisions he had many supporters in the upper echelon.
But this did not help him when Stanton made a move to have him impeached from the role at the age of 35. Making him one of the youngest Guildmasters in recent history.

Although he can be a bit of a hardass we still like him. But his humour is just terrible.

Pierre Stanton is well connected. He is a master networker. Anyone who matters in New York City and the Guild knows him. And many of them owe him a favour. He has only a select few he calls friends. Among them are his wife Aline Stanton and his best friend Keaton Wilson.
He has a good relationship with the Huntress herself.

The guildmaster is a skilled fighter and exceptional marksman. He can utilize the powers granted by the Huntress in a very effective manner. The blessing did not grant him any specialist powers.

Followers & Enemies

He has many loyal and devout followers amongst the guild members. Especially the religiously inspired faction of the True Hunter's have professed their loyalty to his leadership.
But his rapid rise through the ranks has gained him quite a few enemies as well. Many accuse him of simply leveraging his parents name. Some rumors even indicated that it was his doing that the post in Paris became free when it did.
