Tatirissë (Ta-tir-is-sae)
The Tatirissë, or high guard, are the main garrison in charge with keeping peace throughout Phenadan territory. This force has increased in number since the ascension of the Sovereign Lady, but is sparing in smaller or more remote portions of Odaesong.
