Episode 8: The Capitol City

Day 1:
Jackyr asks someone where the Harpy's bottle is. It's right behind us.
 
We decide to go in.
 
An orcish fellow gets aggressive for bumping into epiphany. There's a tall elven women behind the counter. She has long blonde hair thats clean and shiny at the top but turn into dreadlocks at the bottom. She walks to the back with a crate of dishes. There's a bunch of people in this area. The barkeeps name is Gin-terra. Most people call her Ginny. We pay for 2 nights in a double-bedded room.
 
We go to the plumecrest plaza. There's fighting in the colesium. There's lot's of shops set up selling all sorts of things. We see a large building where people are going in and out of a courtyard.
 
We find a forge called poets of steel. Konai is the one leading the forge. She is a half orc woman.
There's a nice rapier Jackyr wants that's priced at 400gp. It's +1 and can choose between slashing or piercing. Jackyr buys 2 daggers and Epiphany buys 1.
 
Charle sees a big bellied man push through the crowd and it forces him to see a bow shop. It's called teh money shot and is run by lester.
 
Epiphany takes us to look at crafts and jewelry. There's a sttall run by a female silver dragon born. Jackyr buys 2 bracelets
 
We go to Burnished Beauty. It's a leather shop. The shopkeeper is an Agendered person named Ash.
Jackyr buys a hat and custom orders a dagger bandalier. Ash tries to sell Jackyr on fancy leather armor.
 
We go to Blessed Buy. Ran by Riss the Arokokra. We buy ball bearings and a backpack. Riss is an asshole
 
We see the elder scroll, a bakery named Hot Tossed Buns.
 
Guthild the blind is someone we should see for magic items on the black market. Is the moon fruit in season? is what we should ask.
 
We go towards south of Terns hold. We see a sign for the Busy Maiden. It has a scantily clad Tabaxi on it. We witness a helpless goblin getting beat on by 3 drunken brutes. We fist fight. We stab one of the aggressors in the leg. Charle Shoots the other twice.
 
A Firbolg walks up to us. His Ibrick. We decide we are going to help Stink help his brothers Stank and Stunk.
 
Ibrick tells us about the everstorm that he's being called to at the waves of Aessya.
 
We go to eat at the harpy. AS we eat it starts raining outside and a cloaked figure steps in. They look at Ginny. They pull dowb the hood and it's a black Kanite. Epiphany reads Ginny;s lips and it looks like she's talking about rooms. Charle recognizes this Kanite and the name is Midna. She's a fellow potential leader.
 
We leave a note and 3gp for Ginny. We paid up for 3 days.
 
We get on the cart and head out. We see someone on the way out that puts their hand out to thier mouth and then they can tell that Epiphany noticed them.
 
We come up to a road block. it looks like guards but not as fancy as the ones in Constance. they try to get us to pay them money. It's obviously a shake down. We fight. We win. Jackyr takes the elven ones crossbow and shortsword.
 
In the cart: clothes and personal effects. There's a toy soldier missing it's head. We find a bunch of cooking utinsels. A flute. A wetstone. 1 lbs flour. 1 lbs rice. 2 cantienes of water. a salted herring. A fine bottle of wine. and a little case of tarts. a handful of books. (don't you worry about the bugs: everything you need to know about bugs. Friar bells guide to fleeing the academy and hiding in the church bell. Human? short story of an orc convincing people he was human.) Find a little vial with a gray ribbon. Filled with a viscous oily liquid. Find 2 potions of healing. A bag of sling bullets. a small lock box that is closed but not locked. Inside is 80cp 62sp 140gp and 32pp. There's 2 small saphires (10gp each) a decent sized diamond (100gp) and a pecular smooth stone the size of a palm with inscriptions carved into it.
 
Jackyr finds 2 rusted daggers and a light crossbow. Small palm journal with 3 pages left. Scrawled writing of different simple words like a kindergardener wrote it. similar to my notes here. And a small key. total of 21 crossbow bolts.
 
We take their cart and the horse with intentions to sell it.
 
We see Stank and Stunk tied up to a tree. They are gesturing towards us. They are zombies. Things get sad and stink feels that he has to kill his brothers now.
