Ream Subscription-Platform Subscriptions
What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
World Anvil currently has options to add links to Patreon and Ko-fi just by typing your username into the appropriate boxes on your profile and/or manuscripts, which is great! I'd like to propose the addition of another option: Ream.How does this feature request address the current situation?
Ream Stories is a rapidly growing subscription platform created specifically for fiction authors, allowing an easy way to serialize books with timed releases, with new features on the way such as a storefront for selling completed novels. It's targeted at readers, meaning those on the site are already looking for books and authors to read and support. Adding in-world integration with Ream, much like that provided already for Patreon and Ko-fi, would allow those who use Ream to easily link to their Ream subscription options, as well.What are other uses for this feature request?
Ream is a newer entry to the subscription field, but already recognized as the preferred subscription platform in many self-publishing circles. Adding Ream integration to World Anvil may encourage more of those authors to give World Anvil a try for their worldbuilding.
