Exorcists

The Demonhunters are causin' a ruckus up in The Shalian Shores again. I don't get why they can't just do the job without their fiendish nature flareing out.
Composition
Manpower
They are very scarce only 70 of them have been posted but tales are told of maybe 200 of them may exist. No one has been able to ask when the Exorcist comes through town and collect the town's contracts. Each of the "6" orders has around 20-25 Exorcists of the orders.
Equipment
They will have their Banishing Gun, the main weapon that the exorcist will use, the Signs other than the Teuthida Sign, they will also be equipped with a manner of supplies to make potions, poisons, the Exorcist will have an Order-only symbol, and the Order abilities they showed in The Proving.

Training
The base training is consistent with information of all monsters' strengths/weaknesses, tactics and how the monsters fight, how to lure them/trap them if there is a cure to them, how to cure them, and all of the Signs except Teuthida because of the dangers that the sign can cause more than the rewards.

the Grave Giants will lend a hand if need be, but they grave giant needs to constantly be calmed for the risk of them consuming all of the life force in the living things. There have been sightings of 2 or more Exorcists teaming up on one contract. These rare occurrences can make for a swift end to the creature.
Upkeep
The contracts they take are the main source of money and they have an agreement with the Grave Giant of the Exorcist Monastry so the Exorcists may stay there, for the cost, they call Serengal, where they give the life of one for the lives of many.
Recruitment
They take children at the age of 6-7 and then take them to the Exorcist Monastry so they can begin learning how to fight
