Battle of the Great Hall

All that is known about the battle itself is from a few eyewitness accounts from soldiers on the battlefield at the time when the East World Alliance finally arrived at Godsreach. The Alliance battled through thousands of undead, forcing their way deeper into the town, wary that any death on their side was another potential enemy in the making. After reaching The Great Hall, Merelith began disengaging her forces, and absorbing power from them. As the The Saloria Republic representative leader, Guile, stepped into that great hall, an enormous amount of magic erupted, and a cyclone of blood enclosed Guile and Merelith in the chamber. Fighting outside ceased as the undead collapsed across Godsreach and all gathered around the hall trying to perceive what was happening. Suddenly, the ground shook violently, and a bright flash erupted from within the Great Hall, and the entrancing began collapsing. Then the shaking stopped and The Plague War was over.
