Reyla is the owner and primary florist in a small flower shop in Elsion. A devout Royalist, she works with many others who believe in the royal de la Rosa family. She often worked with Max de la Rosa, originally under the assumption that Max was a street urchin with Royalist leaning, later as a devotee of the Countess. Now as MP, Max has distanced themself from any in the Royalist party, and the two rarely speak.
When the situation calls for it, Reyla puts hidden cameras in the flowers she sells through her shop, or places such flowers in key locations. When the populace became enraged with the duke's inaction and protested outside the villa, she and other Royalists formed a protective chain around the estate. When they couldn't be there, she coated the fence in her camera-laden flowers to catch anyone who might be a threat to the family.
