Archanic Conclave
Archanic Conclave also know as Mages of Syndar are a remarkable institution and organization for young, gifted individuals who seek to master the art of Archana. It offers the opportunity to learn from the finest practitioners who have mastered this powerful and ancient magic in safe environment of Archana Academy of Syndar, the univerzity owned by this organization.
However, beneath its academic facade, the Academy and its high-ranking members play a significant role in the political landscape of the Syndar region. The Academy is highly active in influencing the politics of the surrounding kingdoms. Despite this, the rulers of these kingdoms are reluctant to engage in open conflict with the organization, as no one truly understands the extent of its power. This uncertainty and fear of the unknown is what keeps the kings from openly opposing the mages so the kings are playing thier game.
At present, this fear works in the Academy's and Mages favor, allowing it to maintain a neutral stance with everyone, a stance that has, so far, been very successful. In reality, the primary factor keeping the kings in check is the fear that any direct confrontation with the Academy could escalate into a full-scale war, which would devastate the entire Syndar region.

Structure
Culture
Mages are often considered to be more important and necessary than ordinary people. They place themselves on a pedestal above others, often looking down on those who lack magical abilities. Their power gives them confidence, and they recognize that they are more capable than other people who cannot feel or harness the power of Archana. Because of this attitude, the surrounding world has gradually begun to despise them, highlighting their differences.
Motto of the Mages:
A mage must always be able to handle themselves and the powers of archana!
Knowledge is power!
Archana always demands its due!
Caution is never too much!

Public Agenda
Mages provide services to the public—naturally, for a fee. Over time, they have built a reputation, and the common folk know that in times of need, they can always turn to the mages for help if they can pay them. Their expertise is highly regarded, and even the nobility, rulers, and kings seek their assistance.
Another important aspect of their agenda is the education of potential mages at their prestigious academy. Children with magical potential are taken from their families, often with promises of a better future for their descendants or they are simply bought from parrents. The mages see this as a way to nurture talent and secure the continuation of their power through the next generation. However, this practice has sparked some controversy, with some arguing that it strips families of their children for the sake of magical ambitions. In addition, mages use their power and influence to maintain neutrality and stability within the kingdom, ensuring that they remain an integral force in both political and social matters. Their network of influence and control stretches beyond mere magical practices, as they shape the future through knowledge, governance, and even in some cases, covert operations when necessary.
