Qualifications

Pirate Sovereignty has many requirements before one can achieve the slightest rank of Pirate Duke or Pirate Dutchess. First, they must know how to govern a ship as a Pirate Captain. Once they have mastered that, they can start managing their fleet as a Pirate Commodore. Then after they successfully work well with their fleet and joint operations with another Pirate Commodore and a current Pirate Duke or Dutchess. When these joint operations are successful, they can catch the eye of the Pirate King or Queen. The Pirate King or Queen appoints the Pirate Commodore to a Pirate Duke or Dutchess. The new Pirate Duke or Dutchess either assimilated into a current division or made their own division.

Becoming a Pirate Duke or Duchess requires a broad range of skills and expertise. These include mastering the basics of sailing and piracy, combat, communication, leadership, and problem-solving. After meeting all qualifications and requirements, individuals are appointed as Pirate Dukes or Pirate Duchesses, signaling the commencement of their path to Pirate Sovereignty. Pirate Sovereigns, at each level of their hierarchy, bear distinct but interrelated responsibilities that contribute to their pirate syndicates' smooth operation and success.  
Pirate King / Pirate Queen:
As the highest-ranking Pirate Sovereign, those who hold the title of Pirate King or Pirate Queen assume the formidable task of running their own syndicate of pirates. These syndicates often bear names that evoke fear and admiration, such as the Dark Tide, The Crimson Corsairs, or the esteemed syndication of the Scarlet Tide. Such syndicates typically consist of two or more divisions, each led by a Pirate Duke or Pirate Duchess. The Pirate King or Pirate Queen is the ultimate authority, overseeing the entire syndicate's activities, setting the strategic direction, and making critical decisions that shape the syndicate's operations and growth. Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

In the ruthless world of piracy, the removal or dismissal of a Pirate Sovereign is a matter of life and death, governed by the unwavering principles of the pirate code. Any act of mutiny against the reigning Pirate Sovereign or their decisions is swiftly met with severe consequences. When dissension arises among the ranks, leading to a challenge to the Pirate Sovereign's authority, a duel may be initiated to settle the dispute. The challenger and the incumbent Pirate Sovereign engage in a deadly contest, often fought on the deck of a ship or an isolated island.
