Effects In The Area
Iken "Cobalt Master" Rhineforrel's stablization of the Enchantment Essenses had a refreshing result on the Enchanted Mire. This location was slowly sinking away and very unstable. After all the work at containing the well into a proper structure started to stablisize the rest of area. That was until the well got corrupted by Grog that accelerated the sinking of cities and Valrico has many of its buildings sunk into the swamp arround it.Effects On Items
No research was made on the effect of items however it is not wise to swim in a well that was changed into a Transmutation Well like the Talons did to this well.Purpose / Function
This well was designed to help control the enchantment essense from empowering creatures or the swamp. A special well cassing was designed by Iken "Cobalt Master" Rhineforrel to house all the Enchangment Well essence from spilling out into Enchanted Mire.
Alterations
In the year 1225 Iken "Cobalt Master" Rhineforrel with the help of the Grand Master Wizard Council put a protective well made of Cobalt and white marble to make a magical encasement.
History
In the year 2528 a death cleric by the name of Grog decided to go out on his own after leaving the Vengful Misfits and set off to finish the task of collecting Essenses from the Wells of Eternity. He set off to the Enchanted Mire to corrupt this very well. In doing so he awoken many creatures that started to defend the well from further tampering.
The Talons after spending time in Valrico set off to fix and restore the well to its proper balance. However, in doing so, they also turned it into a Transmutation Well to test out if they can combine their magical powers to make true magical essence. They figured it out away, and after a few pranks and people turning into other forms, and shapes they turned it back into the Enchantment well.
