Cobalt Material in World of Stendaaris | World Anvil

Cobalt

Cobalt is a blueish silver metal at its base form. It can be mistaken as platinum and true silver. Cobalt has an arcane property that is sought out for making many kinds of magical weapons. Arcane specialists have learned to turn this blueish silver metal into an ionized powder that is blue. This powder is then vulcanized into a glass residuum. This residuum is then able to be used by spell-casters as a replacement for their spell components in an equal gold for gold value exchange.
