Rav'na'rel Val'cari
(a.k.a. Papa Val'cari)
Rav'na'rel Val'cari appears to be the father of Sinreal Val'Cari.
He is a member of the ALUMN, a shadowy cabal that presumes to act as hidden rulers of Realm 79: The Junction.
He claims his domain on the council is that of wealth. He helped fund and direct several covert actions across the world of Midland, perhaps including the overthrow of King MaxMarcus VI of Hindland.
He also funded numerous expedtions into the Staircase, located on the former site of Zikrieg Academy. He was interested in a tome known as the Book of Zed.

His fellow councilperson Kevin Killroy revealed to his double agents that he was forging a magical ring of great power on Holy Hill, and was acting to counter his efforts.
