The Forest of Mists
The Forest of Mists is the name given to the forest that covers the areas between and around the towns of Lansing and Rothenburg ob der Tauber, so named due to the particularly heavy mists and fog that blanket the region. The Forest of Mists contains a wide of variety of creatures native to the regions that would have once surrounded Lansing and Rothenburg ob der Tauber, some of which have been twisted by the energies that pervade the outer regions. Also present within these forests are both variants of Tatzelwurm, and Thunderbirds.
The trees of the Forest of Mists grow particularly gnarled and twisted.
