Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Although they have less power than they used to, Fosru is still extremely powerful, capable of both dealing hits and taking them. Their skill with the blade has transferred over since their past life and so they make for quite the dangerous person to face on the battlefield. Their quick wits make them a great strategist and capable of making pinch decisions in fights.

Body Features

Fosru is a tall person with tanned skin. Although they may seem lean at a first glance, if you get close, you can tell that they have a fair deal of muscle. Because they don't have all their magic power back, their body has some holes in it, which they carefully cover up. Their body has a lot of scars from their past life, though they are extremely faded and hardly visible.

Facial Features

They have a square jawline and a slightly big nose. Their eyes are mostly white, like the other gods, and they leave the right side of their face covered by their long hair since it has a gaping hole in it, looking similar to porcelain. Their ears have two piercings each, but they don't wear earrings often.

Physical quirks

Fosru is right-handed. They walk with confidence and, when talking to others, they often clasp their hands together in front of their legs..

Special abilities

They are proficient in dark, light, and earth magic. They can also possess the bodies of others and control minds.

Specialized Equipment

Ordinarily, they don't carry any weapons and will create a glaive made of dark magic as needed. Interestingly enough, they refuse to use Ru's swordstaff (which has its own room in the castle) because they don't think that they are deserving of it.

Mental characteristics

Personal history

FOR PRE-GODHOOD HISTORY: SEE Ru   Fosru awoke in a place they didn't recognize with zero memories. They were told that they were a god, specifically the god of new beginnings. As such, they were above all of humanity and could meddle in human affairs if they wanted. After all, humans were nothing compared to them.   As time wore on, they befriended (and perhaps even fell in love with) a god by the name of Alnevi . They had dreams of doing things like absorbing all the world's magic energy and using it to become a singular god and going as far as ruling the universe with an iron fist, destroying and creating as they pleased. They even considered creating people that would be completely under their thumb with no free will at all, just puppets. They were the one to tell Fosru of their past life as a human.   With that revelation, Fosru realized that being a god wasn't all it was cracked up to be. They started craving what humans had, though they couldn't understand what that was. After a lot of thinking, they came to the decision to see if they could become a human again. Truly, they were homesick for a place that they didn't even remember.   Just as they were about to ask the other gods if this was possible, they found that the gods had killed Alnevi and spread them across each dimension due to the fact that they'd told them about their past life and their own plans were far too dangerous for the world. Upset by this, Fosru went down to Earth in an attempt to bring Alnevi's pieces back together. However, to further complicate things, the gods stripped them of most of their power, leaving them weak in Mestneric . They quickly realized that their best bet at getting their power back and possibly fixing all of their issues would be to go back to Aitaran and try to regain their powers by becoming a New God and restarting the universe entirely.   The issue was that the Dreamscape could seemingly sense them and that they weren't of this world. As a result, they started possessing people and trying to get through the Dreamscape like that. Each time, the people would age swiftly and then die because the Dreamscape could sense that Fosru was there. In the end, they possessed Randy Iardor 's adoptive daughter, Winifred Iardor and managed to get through the forcefield since she was so young and was thus able to take the aging effects easier.   When they reached Aitaran, they began committing crimes in Firan in order to get tossed into jail, since they knew that a lot of desperate people would be there. There, they met Yunvei , who was 16 at the time and had a death sentence. They struck a deal with him and were able to possess him, telling him to become king in order to get them coronated.   When the coronation finally happened, they were kicked out of Yunvei's body, as if the gods could sense that they didn't belong. Frustrated by this, they remained by Yunvei's side in hopes of finding another way to gain their magic power back. In the end, the only solution that they could think of was killing Yunvei and absorbing his magic power. When they killed him, however, they hardly gained anything because he'd been giving his power to so many people.   Over the next 20 years, they hunted those of whom opposed them or could potentially bring Yunvei back to life and killed them, even going as far as killing every single Euvimanite because of how much they knew and how close they were to the gods. They then spread rumors about Yunvei, such as that he was the one to kill the Euvimanites, and that he was the one who set monsters upon the world.

History

The two met when Yunvei was in prison. Fosru agreed to help him get out by possessing him and boosting his magic power, but made him promise to help them get close to the king and eventually be coronated, getting back all of the magic power that they lost. After a year, Yunvei became king and was coronated, however, the coronation pushed Fosru out of his body, making it so that they didn't get any power at all. At this moment in time, Yunvei saw Fosru as someone he could trust since he'd grown up not having any friends or anyone to rely on at all. Fosru, on the other hand, saw him as a bit of a nuisance and extremely clingy.   When Fosru began acting a bit strange, Yunvei began to get nervous. He began transferring his magic power to others by blessing them in hopes that, when he was inevitably killed by them, they wouldn't be able to absorb much from him. His plan succeeded and Fosru didn't absorb much magic power at all, much to their surprise. This plan made Fosru give Yunvei a little credit and admired him a little bit.   When Yunvei watched Fosru's actoins from the Dreamscape, he couldn't feel anything except disgust and rage. He wanted to stop Fosru at whatever cost, and he was frustrated with the fact that he couldn't do anything. Fosru continued to look down on him and see him as nothing but a foolish boy whose power got to his head.

Nicknames & Petnames

Yunvei called Fosru "'Ru" for short, which they hated as it reminded them of their old human self and how they were nothing like them.

History

Although the two don't meet until halfway through the story, Fosru's actions go back a long way. Num was able to infer that they were the one that killed (or ordered someone to kill) his and Ísja's father, something that angered him deeply and caused him to regret engaging with the Kirimi in any way, shape, or form. Fosru couldn't care less about him. The only reason that they care about him at all is because they see him as a threat due to having an instrument that's part of the Spectral Band.

History

Although the two don't meet until halfway through the story, Fosru's actions go back a long way. Yunvei told him that it was likely that they were likely the one that had killed Num, which upset him deeply. Fosru couldn't care less about him. The only reason that they care about him at all is because they see him as a threat due to being a key part of the Spectral Band. They do think, however, that he's a nice boy, and if they hadn't locked away their emotions, they might just feel bad about trying to kill him.

History

One of the first things that Lani does in Aitaran is that she goes to the castle to see Fosru and request to be sent home, since they supposedly have a lot of power. They state that they don't have enough power to send her back, but if she balances the magical energy of Aitaran again, they'll have the energy to send her home. This is what sends her on her quest, along with her desire for her harmonica.   Her opinion about them doesn't begin to start changing until mid to late story. Before then, however, she views them in a good light since they take care of the people of their country and seem to want to defend their country from evils such as Yunvei. She respects them deeply. Fosru, on the other hand, only sees her as yet another pawn, especially after identifying her as an Even Keel . They don't care about or respect her at all.

History

Fosru created Lonan at the start of Lani Difonia 's journey as a means of keeping track of her, making sure that she followed through with her half of the bargain, and helping her understand Aitaran and its customs. To them, Lonan is completely disposable and their spot as Lani's right hand can easily be taken by another Lost Soul .   Lonan, however, views Fosru in an extremely good light as they are their creator. Without them, they know that they wouldn't be alive. They're happy to do anything as long as they gain validation from Fosru, even if it means harming others, and believe that everything they do should go towards Fosru's goals and happiness. If only they knew the truth of their creation and everything behind Fosru's actions...
