Structure
There are 5 priests per Madinizi. Everyone below them are ordinary followers of the religion.
Public Agenda
On the outside, the Madinizi only seek to get more people to believe in Fosru, like any other religion or cult. Their true goals, however, lie with doing everything that Fosru wants in hopes that they'll be able to accomplish their goals and restart the universe. This is something that works well for the members of the Madinizi because most members are people who aren't well off to begin with. Because of that, they essentially want a second chance at life.

History
Fosruism, being most popular among Mestnericans, started off in that country. It was started after people began praying to god after god in hopes that things would change for the better. Fosru was the only one to ever respond, helping people in need when they asked.
Mythology & Lore
Fosruist people believe that the country that they live in was created by Fosru when they tired of the other gods. They see them as the "youngest" of the gods, and is thus bossed around more. So, their creation of Mestneric was an act of defiance against the other gods. This belief is bolstered by the idea that they only pay attention to Mestneric and not other countries or dimensional planes.
Divine Origins
Fosruism gained popularity very quickly after people's lives started crumbling since they were the only god who seemed to listen. People hoped and prayed that maybe, just maybe, they could get their own new beginning if they prayed enough, and Fosru listened. In exchange for physical objects and human sacrifices, they would grant people certain amounts of wishes or things to help them along in life.

Your actions determine your future. Your fate is yours for the taking.
Worship
People from this religion pray to Fosru every day in order to guarantee a good lot in life. They also make sure to do their bidding, no matter how messed up it may be.
Priesthood
Priests of this religion are said to get messages from Fosru saying what they want at least once a week. The rest of the week is built so that Fosruists can get what Fosru wanted. Priests wear stark white robes like any normal members of the religion, except their robes are somewhat longer, particularly on the sleeves.
Granted Divine Powers
People faithful to this religion gain magical powers that were likely locked deep within them. Most of these powers tend to be dark magic aligned.
