Betha Bi

Leader or Head Mare of a unicorn herd.

Responsibilities

The Betha Bi organizes all aspects of the herd's wellbeing: food, shelter, settling interpersonal disputes, and controlling political interactions with other herds or societies.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

If the herd at large loses faith in their Betha Bi, she will be removed from her position and effectively shunned by the rest of the herd. They will ignore her words and install someone they do trust in her place. She will not be driven from the herd, but she will lose all position and authority.
