A healthy human looking alien who looks like he is in his late 40's. He looks like he has been on an adventure and carries himself in a boisterous way.

Apparel & Accessories
Temperature Controlling Headdress with the modifications that make it look like a crown. He is dressed in a red tunic and pants that is covered in a scarlet cape that does not go further than the buttocks. The tunic has white sashes that covers the waist and stretches in the form of an X from the waist to the shoulders. In the middle of the X is a light red triangle with a yellow bell shape and yellow dot over it; this is his house symbol.
Specialized Equipment
He knows how to use a ray gun and a rapier. The rapier was familiar to him, it has been known that he has various martial art lesson growing up and those included sword training.

Personal history
Hailing from a moderately sized house and the youngest of 3 siblings, King Rano jumped to the opportunity at building a colony to prove his worth as a leader.
Fracia was in it's space faring era when King rano lived and went to a particularly far planet to develop.
Before traveling through space He had a normal life for his position. He had a nasty divorce before coming to earth and does not want to talk about it.
He met Nelvana after she saved him from a Mammoth man. Later on that same day he dodged an assignation attempt by Vultor The Villainous .
The next time he saw Nelvana was at the Etherian invasion on Glacia.After the thwarted invasion his faction gave up and reconciled with King Rano, the reason was partially due to realizing Vultor wasn't coming back for them.
In 1951, he revealed Glacia to the Canadian government and since then he's been dealing with the country and a few others over the years. Ever since then he decided to aide Canada's territories however he could.
He also tried to run for prime minister in the 70's one time but lost that race.
He died in 2150

The closest he has are the existential ones concerning his species, colony and being the last known Fracians in the universe.

A philosophical and politically oriented mind with the ability to grasp the intense, absurd and dire. Like with any politician worth his salt, he's an excellent showman, manipulator and liar.

His morality is based on the United Church of Light. It has been noted that while he grew up with the red denomination he is more aligned with the general philosophy of the church.
Philosophically speaking his view is that the needs of the people are more important than his personal issues.
