Great Business Strategy, Terrible Naming.

Founded in the Amber Broadleaf Thicket shortly after the creation of Fields Union. The company was established to provide materials in mass quantities for civilian use. However they quickly became associated with the Fields Union military to provide assets for their war efforts at the time against We of the Sand.

Structure

After the end of the war, the company decided to branch out. More specifically moving their headquarters from the Amber Broadleaf Thicket to Gold Wheat Fields, taking advantage of larger contracts for resources by the other major businesses in the area.
As they reached their 100th year anniversary, the CEO saw that perhaps moving from the Thicket was a mistake. As many Awoken always ask the same damn question.

"Why do they call themselves 'Forest Might' if no one who works at the company has ever lived in a forest"~Everybody

It soon became a recurring joke among workers that used it as a massive practical joke to celebrate the anniversary. Submitting requests to their bosses to get the name changed with official-looking paperwork. It was only a matter of time till the foreman started sending the paperwork up the chain of command till the CEO himself had a stack on his desk. Many lost their jobs that day.
